Exchange and return policy

Firstly. Exchange policy:

1- Time period:

Without prejudice to the contractual and statutory provisions of the warranty, the customer has the right to replace the product within (7) days from the date of your receipt of the order, and he is not entitled to replace the product after (7) days have passed.

2- Exchange conditions:

• The replacement must be according to the specified time period.
• The product must be in the same condition as it was received with its original packaging, without any damage.

3- The customer is not entitled to replace the product in the following cases:

• If the product was manufactured at the request of the customer or according to specifications specified by him, this excludes products that have a defect or that violate the specifications specified by the customer.
• If the product is newspapers, magazines, publications, books, or anything else considered literature.
• If a defect appears in the product due to consumer misuse.

secondly. Return Policy:

1- Time period:

2- Conditions for return:

1- The return must be according to the specified time period.

3- The product must be in good condition, otherwise the customer will not have used the product or obtained a benefit from it. The Al-Ainya store has the right to inspect the product before returning it to ensure its safety.

3- The customer has no right to return the product in the following cases:

• If the product was manufactured at the request of the customer or according to specifications specified by him, this excludes products that have a defect or that violate the specifications specified by the customer.
• If the product is newspapers, magazines, publications, books, or anything else considered literature.
• If a defect appears in the product due to consumer misuse.
• We cannot accept returns on discounted items or gift cards

Third . Shipping costs :

1- If the product has a defect or defect from the manufacturer, or as a result of damage during its shipment, or if the product is different from what is required, the store will bear the shipping costs.

2- If the return is without any reason, for example: you no longer want the product, or you want to exchange it, or you did not receive the order from the shipping company, the customer will bear the full shipping costs for returning and replacing the product and delivering the product to the shipping company, and deducting the bank fees that were requested. Through it the value of the order.

Fourth: Cancel the request.

The customer has the right to cancel the order, but before the order status is (executed) and the order is delivered to the shipping company. If the cancellation is made after the order is executed, the value of the product will be refunded after deducting the shipping cost, and this includes free shipping.

Fifth: How to recover the amount.

1- If payment is made via bank transfer, we will contact the customer to provide us with the banking information to transfer the amount.

2- If payment was made via credit cards, the amount paid will be returned to the card from which the customer paid, and it may take (14) business days for the amount to appear in your bank statement.

Sixth: Purchasing vouchers:

1- Non-refundable amount.

2- It is allowed to exchange the product only for the same value as the purchase voucher used, taking into account Clause (Third) of this policy.

Seventh: General provisions.

1- The Al Ainya Store may choose to accept, not accept, or cancel your order in some cases, for example if the product you wish to purchase is not available, if the product is priced incorrectly, or if the order turns out to be fraudulent.

2- Al Ainya Store will return what you paid for orders that are not accepted or are cancelled.
